All of our hair is sourced from 100% Human Hair Donors and can be curled, straightened, and colored. We do not use synthetic hair fibers. For Proprietary reasons we do not explicitly share all of the donor countries. However, our Vietnamese Hair & Indian Hair are BOTH 100% RAW, Unprocessed, Virgin Hair. Please note, we only use the familiar terms of “Malaysian” & “Brazilian” for hair marketing purposes. These terms do not imply the hair is sourced from these locations. Checkout FAQ section.  

Great question Gorgeous. “Remy” means that all of the hair cuticles are in the same direction. This reduces tangling and matting that can occur with poor quality hair extensions. In addition, our hair has
double-stitched wefts to reduce the chances of shedding.

Yes, Gorgeous. The great thing about our So So Gorgeous Lace Front Wigs are that they have an undetectable hairline, and come with natural baby hairs that can be brushed/smoothed with our edge control gel for a natural finished look. In addition, Lace Front wigs give an illusion of the hair coming straight out of your scalp. This means you can part your hair in any direction that you please. We recommend Lace Front wigs for beginners because they are easy to put on, comfortable to wear & they have adjustable straps to fit various head shapes.

No worries Gorgeous. Your wig will not fall off because our wigs have adjustable straps for you to tighten the cap to the size of your head. In addition, our wigs come with combs in the front, back, & side for you to use to secure your wig into a firm hold. If you are still worried, you can use a temporary glue to hold your wig in place so it feels like you are wearing a sew-in.

Sorry Gorgeous, we do not provide die/coloring customizations for our hair. We recommend that you consult a professional hair stylist for these services. However, we offer a variety of different hair colors which are available for purchase on our website.

Great Question Gorgeous. Taking care of your hair extensions are as simple as taking care of your own hair and washing it properly. We recommend “Co-washing” which is a game-changer for wavy & curly hair extensions. Co-washing is essentially washing your hair with Conditioner instead of Shampoo. Many shampoos are formulated with detergents & sulfates which clean the hair with a frothy lather, however, they can also strip your hair of its natural oils which will cause the hair to break and become brittle. We also recommend our satin hair bonnets to protect your hair at night.

Once you have paid for your order, We take 4-5 days (If ordered  Monday-Friday) for processing before your order is shipped. All orders will be assigned a tracking number & you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. In the event of high order volume or back-order supplies, processing times may be delayed in which you will receive an email notification.

We offer Standard 5-7 days shipping (Available Monday-Saturday) in the US for a flat rate of $15 which is added onto your final sales total. Unfortunately at this time due to COVID-19 & supply-chain challenges we cannot offer Express shipping. We generally ship all orders Monday-Saturday . Please note that our 5-7 days shipping time is in addition to our 4- 5 days order processing time.

Sorry, Gorgeous. We do not offer same day shipping or express shipping at this time. Additionally, we only ship in the US. If you are located outside the US, you may consider having your items shipped to a US address & designate that person to ship your items to you.

Please be sure to review your shopping cart & double check your personal information when placing your order to ensure proper delivery. Your billing and shipping address must match in order for you to receive your order. We will not be responsible for any mistakes made during the ordering process.

If you receive your hair extensions and are not 100% Satisfied, you may return them to us for your money back MINUS SHIPPING costs. We do not refund shipping charges. We honor this for UP TO 30 days AFTER PURCHASE. (PLEASE NOTE: 30 days begins on your PURCHASE DATE) Orders returned AFTER 30 days will be SENT BACK to the customer.

PLEASE READ our RETURN GUIDELINES: The hair MUST BE IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION and it CANNOT HAVE BEEN WORN or OPENED. Any hair extensions that have been ALTERED, WASHED or WORN in any way WILL NOT QUALIFY to be returned. For ALTERED PRODUCTS (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please understand that if a package is LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED AFTER LEAVING our FACILITY we are UNABLE to ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY for the package contents. We DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS or REPLACEMENTS for orders that are LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED WHILE IN TRANSIT. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control.
